How do I track my order?

You will receive en email notification when the wedding band has been whipped to you with a confirmation of shipping and your tracking number. This will enable you to track the order at all times.

Can you make designs with other gemstones?

Yes you can, all you have to do is to contact them with your specifications and they will attend to your needs.

Can I make a custom order?

Yes you can. All you have to do is send them a design that you like, choose a color, gemstone or diamond and they will make it for you.

Can I ship to an address other than my home address?

They can ship to any address but if you used your credit card then the wedding band has to be shipped to the address on record with your credit card company. This is for security reasons.

Should the thickness of the engagement ring and wedding band be the same?

That doesn’t really matter – especially if you are going to solder them together.

Is it possible to make a wedding band larger?

Yes it is – it will only cost more because of the fact that metal has to be added to the ring
